Ray Hespen is the CEO and co-founder of Property Meld, the leading residential property maintenance software company. Gail Phillips is CEO of NARPM and Senior Vice President of the NARPM management company, Organization Management Group. She has 40 years of association management experience. She has led NARPM through many changes during her 19 years as CEO. She has managed to increase NARPM bottom line through efficiencies and enabled the volunteers to free up their time to be more productive and work on strategic issues within the organization. She also oversees the association management side of the management company, while working with the other executive directors to assist all of OMG’s clients. Gail graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in merchandising and a minor in general business. She has completed numerous certificate programs in association management, marketing, code of ethics, professional standards, and association structures. She currently serves holds the CAE designation and is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and the Virginia Society of Association Executives and serves as Vice President of her HOA.

In his 21+ years in property management Michael Krause has managed over 25,000 units across 22 different states. Michael has always put a strong emphasis on team building and creating a positive working environment. Through his leadership Michael has helped many of his coworkers advance in their fields and move into leadership roles of their own.

In October of 2014 Michael and his business partner purchased Atrium Management Company and have grown Atrium Management Company’s portfolio to over 5000 units in 3 different states. During his time in property management Michael has hired 350+ employees and managed 1000+ employees. He has conducted thousands of new hire interviews and has developed a keen eye for spotting new talent. He and his partner Adam are now focused on building a team of great leaders and team members to help Atrium Management Company become the highest quality property management company in the country.

Michael was honored as a member of the 2020 Class of Top 40 under 40 in Orlando, by the Orlando Business Journal.

Rebekah is the CEO for Orca Information, Inc. ™ and has personally retrieved thousands of credit reports utilizing the three major credit bureaus; searched thousands of court/criminal records on and off line; studied, assessed and reported these files to clients; searched for and detected fraud on applications; searched and found missing or hiding individuals and their pertinent records. She has personally trained her staff in the above processes and oversees their daily processing of confidential information.
Helping property managers, landlords and employers to prosper in their industry has impelled Rebekah to move into the arena of instruction on all phases of the tenant and employment screening process, and investigative searches. She is bubbly, magnetic, articulate and cares about you and your success.

Andrew Propst has over 20 years of experience both in residential and commercial real estate management. Currently Andy is the former CEO of HomeRiver Group (the parent company of HomeRiver Group® Boise) and a Business Developer for Park Place, a Certified Residential Management Company (CRMC®), in Boise, Idaho. Andrew has illustrated throughout his career his resolute commitment to delivering first-class results for clients, as well as consistently improving efficiencies and operations across his companies. Industry knowledge and a keen focus on technology has been a major priority for Andy.

Volunteerism has been a major focus and joy for Andy, from service on the National Board of Directors of NARPM® for six years as a Regional Vice President, to National Treasurer, National President-Elect, and then his election as President of The National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) in 2015. Currently, Andy serves as immediate Past President for NARPM® and continues to offer ongoing counsel and insight to the Board of Directors of NARPM®, using his extensive knowledge and experience within the industry. Andy has also had the privilege of serving on other local and national real estate boards.

Andy also took a recent swing at Hollywood. As the Associate Producer of the Saratov Approach, Andy helped fund, write, promote, and deliver a national theatrical release of a full-length motion picture that won multiple awards and returned an IRR to its investors of more than 1000%.

Tim Started at Dodson Property Management shortly after college, working in various positions there ultimately becoming the Chief Operating Officer of one of the most effective and fast-growing PM companies in the country.

While at Dodson, Tim helped start and grow the residential PM business, a unique small multi-family business line and an HOA management business line. After a brief stint at Evernest property management leading a team that acquired over 30 businesses, Tim is back with the Dodson Companies as their Chief Operating Officer helping to bring to life their new mission of transforming neighborhoods and communities.

NARPM® Central Regional Vice President Angela Holman, MPM® RMP®, is the Broker/Owner of Premier Property Management in Grand Junction, Colorado. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Mesa State College and started her career in property management in 1998, joining NARPM® in 2001. She served as NARPM® Member Services Chair in 2020-2021 and was awarded the NARPM® Volunteer of the Year in 2020 and the NARPM® President’s Award in 2021.

Megan Zellers has been in the Property Management world for a little over 15 years.  She has been a member of NARPM just as long and credits much of her success in the industry to NARPM and the wonderful people who make up this organization.

Since she joined NARPM, she started volunteering on the Atlanta Board of Directors in various positions ranging from Committee Chair to Secretary and was honored to serve as the Chapter’s President in 2022.

She continues to be active in the Chapter and also volunteers on the National level.  Megan is the Director of Client Relations and Business Development Manager for Avalon Property Management in Marietta, Georgia where she resides with her two sons.

Travis Bohling is the Co-Founder and designated broker for Home Ladder, an Arizona-based real estate investment and property management company. He has 23 years of property management experience including multi-family, student rentals, vacation rentals, and 3rd party SFR management. He geeks out on history, building science, technology, and all things real estate.
